Would you like to try out an n2mb flat shift box? May save the trans a bit and make shifting more consistent. I have one in a box that's for a project that isn't moving fast.
Pull the top off and look at the dog teeth.
Are the teeth on the pedal adjuster letting go? Could be when you are feathering the pedal the block slips and it dumps the clutch.

I still dont see why people are fretting about the shift fork pads. They have used bronze pads for years with no issue. The slider groove could use some polishing and round off the corners a bit. If...
