Loosen the 4 bolts for the spindle is all you have to do, no need to remove any of the drum brake parts.

Run both and see which one you like better.
I used 420A coil wires.

I just followed the diagram. http://www.minimopar.net/ecu/lm-1987-t2.html
Blue connector pin #3 for a/c cut out relay. This means ECU can disengage A/C like it WOT condition or if engine coolant...
It's just an on/off 0-12v digital signal, my Microsquirt output to the Daytona Digital dash with no issue.
Super 60 ECU doesn't use knock sensor nor o2 sensor.
Nothing stood out from the picture other than you don't have working a/c.
I'm using a Volvo 850 fan in my GLH with custom shroud made from computer case panel. All gap is seal so air has only one...
Do you have working a/c?
What your coolant capacity?
Picture of the engine bay?
220F on street or freeway? What are you using to determine the coolant temperature?
Factory calibration won't even turn fan on above 45mph until the temp is above 218F....
Boot is easy to get.

Took me a couple of nights to fine tune the little knock meter's configuration on a 2.2L and I used a BOSCH wideband knock sensor.
Is the Mitsubishi knock sensor a wideband sensor? Turbo Dodge...
What fuel did you use?
I used a Volvo resistor. I'm sure you can find it much cheaper used at http://forums.turbobricks.com/
One wire in from 12v source, four wires out connected to the four injectors, then the other...
Picture of what you have will help.
Add more fuel to Priming Pulse, Cranking Pulse, AfterStart Enrichment, Warmup Enrichment.

As you know, no factory car ever come with 2.5L and G head. But all the other engine setup use 12 degree as baseline.
As general, G Head require more timing than 782 head but 2.5L needs less...
12 degree spark timing with engine coolant temperature sensor unplugged.
Make sure the cam shaft is timed correctly. http://www.thedodgegarage.com/timing_belt.html
Contact FWD performance and see...
This is my cost from 2017. You'll need to update it and see if you can do it cheaper.
MicroSqurit Total Cost -$1,470
36-1 wheel welded to crank -$100
Balanced crank pulley -$74.31

I think all human left RA. RA sent someone else's rotors/pads/calipers but there is no one to call at RA and only line direction to follow. If I was going to return the item, "I" would have to pay...
Alternator gets ground from the block. My ground cables goes from the block to the negative side of the battery.
I used 1/0 welding cable to make my alternator to battery, battery to starter, and battery to ground cables.
Yes, it's overkilled, but I'll never have issue again.

It can get even hotter.
Just make sure your ignition timing is right and send it.
Got any other muffler laying around to test?
