The new plugs are smoother. In some ways I would have thought the difference would have been greater given the difference in heat range. Definitely a step up though.

Wow. You guys have got me itching to try out some new plugs. I have some br9es plugs in most of my cars with now if I'm not mistaken. It seems like that is way too cold for the daily drivers I have.

I've never experienced anything like that. It is very interesting though. Is there a different shape to the electrode between the two styles of plug?
