    It is easy to repair the HEP, If you are handy with a soldering iron. The two HEP lines each contain three wires, 9V(can vary from 7.5-9V depending which ECU), GND and signal to ECU. These are fine...

    Pressure at 12psi should be 12+55 or 67psi.
    our cars are very sensitive to vacuum leaks, so I would check for leaks.
