It does have a mopar sticker on it, but I can't really read anything on it. Much like the one below, except the mopar logo on mine is visible. The VIN sticker matches the VIN on my cars door however....

First off I would like to state that I do not know much about PCMs or how they are programmed.
So I bought a 2004 Neon SRT4 a couple years ago. Had no problems with passing emissions or anything....
