some what off topic: rev limit

for a 2nd gen neon what sets max rpm of 8100?

might be applicable for sbc too..

if its the clock, possible to overclock (swapping out a crystal) ?

Pretty sure the rev limiter on a 2nd gen Neon is 6750.
