Is this worth it ?

Ive been talking to this guy about buying this car and wanna see if its really worth the price. If anyone can give me a honest opinion id appreciate it.

Dur, yes, its worth it, :p

Looks like it's in nice shape. That's a big plus in my book. Assuming it runs well, you'd be hard pressed to get a cheaper "basket case" near that condition for that money.
