Need to identify some SMEC's, SBEC's and LM's and questions.
I found this PDF and found a few. Would a scanner show what the SMEC's are if plugged into a working vehicle?

Looks like I have an 91 R/T SBEC, chip is 393 with 3 heat sinks and didn't know it, :eyebrows:
I can't find-
SBEC A4686404-written on chip, with 2 heat sinks?
SBEC 433, 2 heat sinks
SMEC 137 on the case and 137 on the chip, gray connector, has paint marker saying 89 turbo 2.5 auto Spirit?
SMEC 131 on case, 036 on chip, grey connector, comes up as a possible 89 TII MP computer, #P4532036
LM has GLHS written on the case, date of 10/10/86, CS1017 then further over 7902. The 2 visible chips, has 4, 3 short, one long, say 016 and 017.
LM with date of 11/02/87, P4349817.
I have a SBEC, chip says 4686276, found this is supposed to be a 1993 3.3 AWD van, has 3 heat sinks, can this be used in our turbo vehicles?
Thanks for everyone's help.
Re: Need to identify some SMEC's, SBEC's and LM's and questions.
433 could be a 90 Caravan turbo.
Bueller, anyone?

this is characteristic of the GLHS module, so that marking is correct. stared at those (016 and 017) chips so many times it is hard to forget, but you'll find plenty of confirmation elsewhere (Gary D's cal page probably still shows the downloads for the chips/bin's numbered the same way). if I remember, read elsewhere the CS# means it came from from a Shelby (out of Whittier). just checked a few of the LM cases I have laying around (none came out of a Shelby), and none have the CS#.

Figured out all the SMEC's on a running T1 van.
Got the number wrong on the MP one, its P4532131. Whoops.
