3.5/42RLE into a P body would be fun.
I was thinking v6 3.3 mini van engine harness and l body
Very cool project
Ive kept a 3.5 sitting in my backyard for 5 years now waiting to get mocked up in a k-car engine bay..
4.0l would be better.
Wow what a hood! Frakkin HUGE. For some reason I liked it bare metal better than painted.
Yeah, that thing was hideous. My motor is out of an intrepid and has a low profile intake manifold. I kept telling myself i was going to mock it up in my 93 dynasty engine bay when i was parting it for my 'new' 90 dynasty but i was too lazy to even take out the perfectly good 3.3 that was in there and sent it all to scrap without trying the 3.5.
My dream would be to build a 8to1 forged piston h beam rod 3.5l and holset it
I didn't read it all but I wanted to punch the guy who basically said "it aint a swap unless its super custom so you should put a Chevy 350 in it...." :blah:
LOL, because doing the 100000000000000th SBC swap makes you some kind of cool guy, i guess?
bakes, it would take a pretty big holset to feed a 3.5! I say go for it...
Coming up blank on a better shape for the hood.. Smaller manifold def would have been good.
Dual tone with a flat black center might have helped a little.
I dont think there's any fixing that kind of ugly. But we're talking about a guy who bought a 2g sebring convertible here, so.. i dont think there was ever much hope of looks being a concern.
don't worry about big holset I have access to a hc2

oh scrap the turbo idea . Im thinking ram a blower with liquid IC through the sheet metal hood give the passager something to look at .
