Re: Some timing questions
There are different timing tables which work together for a total timing value. The advance from RPM max limits the timing from rpm if I'm not mistaken. There are a couple of values which help to limit your timing, especially the multiplier in the later stuff. If you haven't yet, you should look at the total timing calculations in MP tune to get an idea of what's really going on given RPM and boost.
Re: Some timing questions
Are you referring to the graphic display in calculated tables?
Re: Some timing questions
Under full throttle Advance from Rpm simulates mechanical advance. That advance would go to a certain degree of advance, for example 38 degrees all in. My guess is that Advance from Map Warm Full subtracts the degrees from AFRPM to reduce timing under boost to prevent detonation. Is that correct?

Yes. There is also the matrix which shows the values. I generally look at that.

I'd have to look at it. To be honest with you, I generally just adjust the Part throttle and Full throttle timing tables for the most part.

Cordes
I looked at the psi/rpm chart. Are the numbers in the boxes, timing in degree's? If so, do you change the numbers to adjust timing or do you change them by moving the points on the lines in the individual graphs?

Re: Some timing questions
That is the total timing at that RPM and boost level. You change the individual timing tables and multipliers to effect the visual you see in the table.
