1989 Dodge Shelby Daytona with only 34k on it

Just picked up a 89 Daytona Shelby in Daytona Blue with gray cloth interior from a guy in Michigan. He said it sat in a garage from 1991 until someone uncovered it in 2014. Sounds like it may have been a member on this forum, because whoever it was went over the car from top to bottom and kept it until 2018 when it made its way to Michigan. Originally was Indiana car and was in Rochester, IN area when it was getting back into shape to hit the road again. I tried searching posts to see if this came up, but had no luck. Any help would be great, just trying to get some more backstory on this low mileage Daytona. Thanks!

and thirty tears since my buddy " 'round the corner" bought a black one

I had a 89 ES 2.5l with an auto. Loved that car. The shelby version was my dream.

It's keeping a 87 Shadow with 43k on it and a 46 Super Deluxe sedan company at the moment in the garage. Going to get a stripe kit coming for it and got some other small things from some members that needed to be replaced.
