I have a set of 15" Pumpers on my Neon right now, and the car is about to go away forever. Is there any market out there for these wheels or should I just say goodbye to them with the car?

I bet there are more guys like myself who love them. However, shipping is a killer on wheels if you package them well.

I've been buying aluminum wheels for a long time. UPS still averages $25 per wheel from Portland, Or. To Atlanta, Ga. or Chicago to Detroit ??????????? Got my set of 5X100 40 holes Swiss Cheese for my Scamp 3 years ago that way and just hooked a set of 5X114.3 Snow Flakes for my 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan within the last 2 months and I don't regret spending one dime for shipping. I guess it boils down to how bad you want them and I'm Very Happy 'course My Hairs will be too, Jer

Yeah, I foolishly didn't even think of shipping. It's going to cost me $60 to get the tires swapped over to different wheels so I can sell the car. Add another $100+ for shipping, and I'd have to charge $200-$250 shipped for the set to even be worth it.
The wheels themselves have well over 300k miles on them, spanned across 3 cars, so they're far from showroom shape anyway. I guess they'll stay on the car. The only way that would change is if I end up donating the car (which was the original plan) instead of selling it. Then I can slap my steelies and bald snow tires on just so it rolls.

I sold a set of wheels fairly recently and it was super expensive to buy the boxes, packaging materials, shipping, tire removal, disposal, etc. I think I made $50 when I sold them for 250 or even 300 bucks. Granted, my wife doesn't go cheap on shipping, but still...

I got some LARGE carboard.
put one square on the top side of the wheel. another sqaure on the bottom. Used a set of long zip ties from the top piece to bottom piece.
shipped them grey hound. it was 90$ for about 600 miles

Enjoy man! Humorous anecdote: I paid $100 for the car that original wore those wheels back in 2001. I slapped a set of 14" steelies in their place and sold the car for $250, haha.
