Scanner not working with Ostrich 2

I'm working with a 85 Daytona with a 88 SMEC T2 wire harness, socket 88 SMEC, OTC 2000, MP Tune, MP Scan, and Ostrish 2. Dell PC with Windows 10. With a Burned chip from one of our venders, the OTC 2000 and MP Scan works! When I flash a tune to Ostrich 2 car runs but when I try to use OTC 2000 or MPscan no dice. I have tried multiple different Template files from the Turbonator Tuning WIKI site for my SMEC 88 T2 to no avail. I have used the Demon reset utility on the Ostrich and reflashed tune too. I have been working on this for awhile and I'm stumped. What might I be doing wrong? Thanks!
