I have never seen them except on replacement wires. Usually by the time they need replacing the wires are pretty old, I turn mine around when I do a cap and rotor replacement.
Rich Bryant was selling some conversion distributor caps to change the distributor to the standard plug ends. Would require new wires, but then they would be easily made from universal kits. I think he was selling MSD wires already made up.

You guys know that Taylor has a part # for our wires. 8mm Spiro-Pro. Usually not stocked, but they drop-ship in a very short time. They can be ordered at Jegs or Summit. Comes with both a long and short coil wire too. Last time I ordered them, Summit was less expensive at $33.97 Jegs was about $10 higher. Part # for black is TAY-74070. Other colors are probably available, but I like stuff to appear stock. Probably one digit signifies color.

Yes, Rich's wires were nice. However you do have to either modify the 86+ caps or use the VW 1.7 Ltr. cap for the 85 and earlier design. Modifications are basically drilling cap out carefully so you can stuff that big 8mm wire inside. Drill press recommended. Not sure if he is still making the conversion or not.
Once upon a time the terminals were available from aftermarket, but that was when 2.2/2.5's were everywhere. Can't imagine they're still available.

I've been using the Taylor Thundervolt series. Have them in blue on the van, and red on Slug. They are a bit bigger and have a lower resistance than the previous Taylor SpiroPro ones I had been using.
I'm using the newer coil like on 91+, and so far have been happy.

I have a set of msd wires I was wanting to use. I like the taylor ones you linked if I had seen them before I got the msd I would have gone that route.
finding the end terminals would be nice rather than prying things apart
- though it works
yall MIGHT wanna consider upgrading the wires themselves though
to something like moroso blue max stainless steel spiral core wires .. REAL plug wires
...'cause I had no radio or computer interference issues .. and you can sure feel the difference between a carbon trace conductor and a CABLE of wire strands
and I even used the yard long coil wire from the fender
everything was ok in my car .. don't much care about other peeps radios if it even had an effect .. Idono
I noted the insolation on the wires was even a little nicer than most wires ..THAT might be why they worked for me
