Re: MPGMike, I want my head back!!!
Maybe getting put on the spot again years later will convince him to take care of the problem and not hide from it, or at least one can hope. Money is easy to earn while a good reputation is not easily earned. Like Mike Marra said very well, out of those 316 words one of them should've been sorry, I would like to add, and some of them words should've been his intention to fix his mistakes and deal with this. For instance like.... where Harry's head is and how Mike plans to return the thing at the bare minimum for starters ??? All I got from Mike's post was he made a mistake and didn't care who got hurt. Now that things are bad, he wants a pitty party...hmmmm nope not from me... I agree with Cordes 100%, I would rather temporarily go without to save my good rep.

it was that or , makes people grumpy
I'm not trying to make light of Harry's situation , I can relate as I'm still owed for a 66 coronet project a "friend" sold but has still failed to pay me for going on a year and a half now
some things only Mr Hairy and Mr Scary can solve

File a civil lawsuit. If he shows up in court, he’s at least out the time and travel. If you win, the judge could order restitution. ($10 a month for 100 months)
If he doesn’t show, the court may automatically award you by default. He’ll have the judgement hanging over his head. Creditors don’t care for people with unpaid civil judgements. Neither do landlords or some prospective employers.
