5-lug conversion questions

My brother recently bought an '85 Chrysler Town & Country wagon that we would like to convert to 5-lug hubs. After looking at part numbers on Rock Auto, it looks like it would take the same 5-lug front hub/bearing that the GLH/Shelby Charger uses. Can anybody confirm this?

I have a pair of front knuckles/hubs and a set of rear drum brakes from a Shelby Charger I parted out years ago. Can we simply use these parts to convert the T&C wagon to 5-lug?

holes in the knuckles where they bolt to the strut might be to small

The rears should be a direct fit assuming the drums are the same diameter.

IIRC SC were the larger 230 mm?? Some were 220 mm??

Old age, foggy brain for numbers.

The axle stubs will accept either.
