93 IROC R/T cooling fan troubles

Hey all, I'm trying to figure why my cooling fan doesn't run. I've jumped the fan direct to power and it runs, but that's the only way it turns on. What I've tried so far:

-Checked voltage output at coolant temp switch-all good
-Energized relay, hear it click, and even swapped with known good relay-not problem
-Pulled connector from coolant switch-fan doesn't come on
-Turned A/C on fan doesn't come on, nor does AC clutch engergize
-Confirmed continuity from PCM pin to relay
-fuse is good and has power

I'm at a loss, unless the computer itself is bad. My wiring is in good shape and never molested or hacked up. Any help would be appreciated!

The only thing I can think of that you haven't covered is the ground for the relay. If that checks out I don't see why it shouldn't work.
