Description:

'85 Charger 2.2 automatic. Engine was blown when I got it, replaced it with a 55k mile engine I had that came out of a '85 TBI K-car. Weber 32/36 carb, Hooker Super Comp header installed on it, no cat, stock muffler still. Runs very well, quietest 2.2 I've ever heard. Has a Jasper remam A413 auto that shifts good, clean fluid. Decent tires, good brakes, new front shocks. No oil leaks, no blow-by. Fresh oil and filter, K+N air filter. New lower radiator hose, fairly recent water pump, new coolant temp sensor and sending unit, cooling fan works. Red dash backlighting. New Delphi 35gpm electric fuel powered through a 30-amp relay and Holley 1-4psi fuel pressure regulator. AC system is intact but not charged up.

Has a dent behind the pass door. Does not affect it closing or sealing. Interior is a little ratty, interior sail panels are crumbling, hatch shocks are bad. Rear shocks probably need replacing, right rear bounces a lot on large bumps. There is a rust hole in the driver floor, but the rest of the car looks solid. Rear cargo cover is there but doesn't roll up properly.

Good daily beater car, or good start for a NA project. I've driven it to work a few times, once in the snow, and it was daily driven before the engine blew. I see no reason why it couldn't be driven several hours if you wanted to drive it home.

$1800 obo, trades considered but really rather sell.
