Elf racing building this, right?
Received the printed prototype sensor mount for mock up testing.
I'll be working on getting mocked up on the van to test some clearances and measurements.
But, the printed one fits the SloweSpeed bracket great!
Plan to supply the sensor mount with a similar bolt with a locknut.
We are making progress slowly, but steadily.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...934b128db0.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d5c9abd945.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...b7f0e2fd25.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...0e70686d26.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...f63f42334d.jpg

My opinion, but two bolts would be a better idea than just one. If you were planning to have two, please disregard.
It's hard to see because of the lighting in that previous pic, but there is a surface of the mount that rides in the bracket groove.
The bolt is just to lock it in place, the machined surface keeps the mount from rotating.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...6cd7850e7e.jpg

Work continues.
Checking with the printed prototype, and identified some slight design tweaks.
Should be ready for DJ to start up production.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...164d10b9b5.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...34fc75a83d.jpg

Don't know why it posted the same pic twice, when I had selected 2 different pics to attach .

hmmm that looks great but doesnt look all that daily driver friendly.... rocks, gophers, birds, etc could leave you on the side of the road.
I guess a guard will be in order.

It looks like the stock shield should fit?
dosen't the big plastic shield under the alternator & waterpump go all the way back under the crank pulley too?

Thank you for your interest, and your patience.
deposited....
also.... you know of a place that has that sensor in stock? it appears to be backordered everywhere.
Brian

Digikey had listed them, but looks like the inventory is low too.
I could try to place an order to cover those interested. Maybe getting an order of a few dozen or 50 of them would have better luck getting filled.
