random request..... dark mode.
can you make a setting that darks out pretty much everything for night tuning?
i know that i can make certain backgrounds dark (like the graphs and i already have) but there are some windows related stuff that nukes my eyes in a car at night.
its pretty low priority though.... just if you find some time. thanks
Brian
take a pic and give me an idea.
see how my browser is all themed to be dark (as much as possible)

something like this. of course this was just a quick hack to get the idea across.
thanks

is there an update or am i missing something in mptune? i am missing a few of the features that i see on your menus such as anti lag and also what are you using to import log data from a wideband ? i have an aem x series wideband with serial and 0-5v analog output. i have pretty much every moates unit besides there super logger ( i have burn2,ostrich 2.0,apu1,even all og the gm aldl stuff and boards) i got the apu1 to use as a logger as it has 3 0-5v inputs to log with but am yet to get mptune to see more than a ftdl device it will emulate in tunerpro rt but that wont show me the adjustable parameters as in mptune. i really want to be able to overlay wbo2 data and fine tune my fuel to it. whelming i loved your tutorial on mptune introduction and fueling it would be awesome to see one on spark and knock if you ever have a chance
quick note

i am in the middle of switching out my home network to do some testing for my wife's business network setup. so, autoupdating of the various mpsuite products will not work for a while. hopefully won't be down too long.
sorry.
morris
fyi - i had everything switched over to use my dropbox account for auto updates but it really bloated the programs due to the extra routines needed to do this. so, i ordered a NAS box which i hope to have running by sunday or monday. sorry for the delay.
Thanks Morris for all your hard work.
We appreciate all that you do for us!
Ditto!
Thanks Morris for your support. Without your software we would really be up the creek!

Hello,
I am new to the MPTune game. I have an 89 Daytona with 2.2 TII with a 5spd running 3-bar map, +20's, ported one piece intake with a 52mm TB, I am pulling 20lbs of boost with a MBC, and ported exhaust manifold. I also have a large intercooler in front. So here it goes:
I have a Cal that I noticed is based on a 2.5T1. I think they all start that way. When it was done we had to take fuel away because it was running too rich on all tables. It turns out I have a chinese head so it probably isn't breathing well.
1. After the car warms up the A/F mixture goes a little rich, around 12.5 to 13.5.
2. When the A/C is on and I come to a full stop the car surges. My RPM's goes to 2300 then to 1500 then to 2000 then to 1000 then to 1500 then down to idle. Again only when the A/C is on.
I tried searching the forums but i can't find anything or I'm just not searching correctly.
Are there any boxes in the cal that needs to be checked that aren't?
If it is easier to call me please PM me.
Thank you!!
Jason
You need to open up the 2.2 TII cal in MP tune. Are you using the Turbonator stuff? If so, it comes with pretty much all the combinations. It should be pretty easy for a SMEC cal to get everything figured out as far as that goes.
Yes. I started out with the base 2.2 TII MTXA553 Cal. made the necessary changes, +20s, 3bar, fan schedule, and boost limits. I think I might try a stage III cal because I have been pushing 20lbs boost.
I can attach the tbl file I am using.
I also am looking for the how to videos how to tune lol.
So, you're using the 2.2 TII template?
Yes. It seems the hotter the engine gets the more rich it runs. For example, 204 degrees it may be at 12.5 to 13.
At 185 to 195 it May be 13.5 to 14.2.
At cold start it is 14.5 to 15.5.
These are all at idle.

Is this at idle, or WOT?
Also why does the stage III cal listed as T-SMEC 22 MTX SIII have a 2.5 TI/TIII Manual spec in it?
Are you looking at the "Cal Settings" tab? I don't believe that does anything other than perhaps set up the cal so a scanner can read it? It's been a long time, but I generally don't look in that tab at all.
both idle and wot
