mptune wont open

Today after shutting down mptune I clicled on the update download when it was finished i hit a key to finish. ever since then mptune will not open. I get a pop up box that says that windows is looking for a solution to the problem is. This simply times out and goes away. When I got home today I rebooted the computer and another box with info from the update site appeared with only a few lines. I clicked on that and it went away. I tried to open mptune, still wouldnt open.
Anyone seeing this too?
