Need help finding an A/C part.

Hi all,
I’m in the process of re-doing the A/C system on my 95 van and I’m having trouble finding the manifold for the compressor. Every reman or new compressor I’ve seen does not come with the manifold.
As far as I can tell, this part was only used on 93-95 vans with the 2.5L engine.

I think it may look like the picture below, but I’m not sure since I can’t find many pictures of this specific setup.
