1. Dump the 2.25" exhaust. 3" downpipe and exhaust is a must. Highflow (or no) cat, muffler probably not necessary.
2. Upgrade intake tract with a high-flow filter or CAI of some sort.
3. Modify turbo inlet and add an intercooler.
4. Custom cal from one of the vendors here - probably in the 20+ psi range.
5. Along with cal you'll need, 3-bar MAP sensor, Walbro 255 pump, AFPR, +20/+40 injectors.
6. Wideband O2 sensor, such as Innovate LC-1 to ensure knock avoidance.
7. A555 transmission w/chrome moly plate advised.
8. If you still aren't there, you can try turbo and cam upgrades at this point. 350 is a lot for an 8v.
9. A lot of spare parts for when you start breaking stuff.
Welcome to the fourm. A 50 shot wouldn't hurt if done right. Keep inmind that your running cast pistons any detonation will be fatal. If done right it will be fun I would also check out www.thedodgegarage.com I think Gary did something around 400 with a lot of work and know-how
Welcome to the forum!
6daytonas laid out the basics well. There are many ways to get to a similar result tho, it kind of depends on how big your budget is.
For 350 at the wheels I would definitely add a larger turbo to the list.
Stock parts running a lot of boost on race gas can get you over 250, a 100 shot nitrous kit on top of that will get you to 350. This will be cheap but probably not the most reliable and not the longest lasting setup.
