No. I've just ben neglecting my updates. With the 2.4 and S60 turbo and 2800 stall converter I hit 14.7 once but in all actuality it was still a 15 second van. Then my custom log exhaust manifold cracked (July 2013) so I went with AGP's twin scroll exhaust manifold and Zeta 2.8 turbo and a 3500 stall Hughes converter on 91 octane and sorting out a BUNCH of fuel system problems, got me solid mid 14's. Then on same setup with E85 and tuned got me mid 13's. My van is currently down because I cracked my manifold (my fault, I overheated it with a bad upload) so I'm waiting for a new manifold to be ceramic coated inside and out along with a larger turbine housing (1.0 replacing the .75) which will also be ceramic coated inside and out. I got the 13.5 with my turbo to manifold gasket leaking, the external waste gate being held open, and only 15 lbs of boost. I'm hoping fixing those two leaks, ceramic coating my exhaust parts for faster spool up, 1.0 turbine housing, and 25 lbs of boost to crack 12's before it gets hot.

Good info, and definite improvements there! Would be awesome to have another 12 second van in our community!

No problem at all, I was "sleeping at the tree" with the updates anyways. I wish everyone would go a little faster every week, I love seeing the updates!

1989 shelby daytona 2.2 t2 22x8 mt slicks 2.021 60 8.993 78.78mph 13.928 101.67mph.
I know i went in wrong direction from last year but had real lazy boost and it creeped to 24psi and was still slower then it was on 18 psi. What can cause the boost creep and lazy feel of boost. And what plug are you 8valve guys running. Thanks
Re: 2014 Turbo-Mopar Times - DATA COLLECTION THREAD!!!
When I was running an 8v I ran NGK BR9ES. They are a non-projection tip which I can't get in an SRT-4 plug.
Re: 2014 Turbo-Mopar Times - DATA COLLECTION THREAD!!!
What gap did you run with those
Re: 2014 Turbo-Mopar Times - DATA COLLECTION THREAD!!!
Stock, I think .035" or maybe a little less. Can't remember.
Re: 2014 Turbo-Mopar Times - DATA COLLECTION THREAD!!!
Re: 2014 Turbo-Mopar Times - DATA COLLECTION THREAD!!!
Well i figured out some of my problems of why it got slower. Looks as though the clutch isnt holding in third and forth gear. Now to find out the boost creep problem next.

Not many people pull 10 second PBs at SDAC. Great job Adam!

Almost 94mph in a mitsu van @15 psi.. nice! I like this because it seems like getting good performance out of mildly-modded vans is something this community REALLY struggles with. There are people who have run 20+psi on bigger turbos and not been able to crack 14.9.
Re: 2014 Turbo-Mopar Times - DATA COLLECTION THREAD!!!
Sorry for the delay in updates, its been a busy few weeks, just getting caught up now!

Glad you were able to get back out, some times it takes some tuning and practice to get things together. I know my first time out for the year typically isn;t too great! :)
FWIW, in my 2.2L's I typically run Champion RN9YC plugs
