bad fuel pressure regulator,fuel pump or fualty injector's?

hi guy's my dodge neon 2.4boosted,start to have problems to star,it take me like three cranks to get it running and ones it finaly fires it bugs.i try to prime it but still does the same one thing I notice fuel gage drops pressure after a minute I prime it and sometimes after I drive it for like an hour the r.p.m will drop to 600 very low.
