slight stumble?

when cruising, the car every once in a while will have kind of a stumble/spit and sputter to it, i put new plugs in it yesterday, champion 12yc's gapped to .30, the wires are like 6 months old they are bosch wires, has a new mopar HEP and mopar coil (few days old) and cap and rotor are also like 6 months old. i re checked the timing and it all looks good, and looked at with the timing light and on about 12.-12.5. i ordered a new fuel filter today. to change that. but other than that i dont have a clue. and its just while cruising. under boost all seems fine.

Strange. I would have suggested the HEP, but you have already replaced that.

Does the HEP have the chrysler pentastar on it?

Check grounds, maybe the injectors are dirty, check pump output.

yes the hep that is in the car now is a mopar (with the pentstar) as a temporary fix there was a advance auto HEP in the car, still did the same thing after puting mopar one in. ill take a look at the Fuel pressure next, what kinda numbers should i see?
