Custom intake plenum help
I'm looking to install parts collecting dust. I have a complete top end I'm looking to install. One of which is a Lengel upper intake plenum that rests on a two piece intake lower. I'm a novice mechanic at best and have help at times. My question is where have others tapped into the plenum and how should the vac lines be arranged. Did others tap the brake boost hole closer to the throttle body still or ran a line to the end cap and tapped two holes for vacuum. One for a vac block , other for brakes. 2.5 common block in a 90 Daytona.
Re: Custom intake plenum help
It shouldn't matter where you tap into the plenum for vacuum ports.
Re: Custom intake plenum help
It doesn't, but keep the MAP on its own.
