I don't know that you're going to find one, honestly. It's a time and space intensive process and not many upholstery shops are willing to give away "trade secrets". You *will* find generic install videos, and the J-body top isn't that unique that you can't follow those instructions and still get good results. Honestly, the hardest part is probably the back panel getting stapled to the rear rail on the car.
