1992 Daytona IROC R/T Wheels
So a few weeks back I posted to see if anyone knows where to find a stock size 16x6 Trans Am GTA Mesh type wheel that will fit my car, after searching the internet I have not been able to come up with anything in the stock size 16x6. So my question is what size rim have you all successfully put on your Daytona with out having to modify anything or any rubbing issues?

16x7.5 +35mm RPF1 with 225/50/16. No spacers, clears struts, fenders, shocks. Only rubs under steering lock (like all of them do with "wide" tires). If the car is lowered it's *possible* for the rear tires to catch the fender lip. It never happened enough for me to really worry about it.

Www.hawksmotorsports.com has the GTA wheels in a 16X8 size.
Re: 1992 Daytona IROC R/T Wheels
I believe my OEM Ninja wheels are 16x6 wheel studs are 5x100 and +40 offset someone correct me if I'm wrong.. I would like to stay with the OEM size wheels just not the Ninja wheels, I like the Mesh style GTA rims but I don't think I'm going to find them in my OEM size, so I'm thinking I'm going to have to move up to maybe a 17x7 still probably not going to find the GTA style rim in that size either but I'm sure I can find something halfway decent if I move up to a 17" wheel. Has anyone put a 17"x7" or 8' rim on their Daytona? If so how did it work out?

I have 225/50-16s on Ninja wheels from an IROC R/T on my Spirit R/T. it is lowered a bit on Eibach Pro-Sport springs and Koni struts/shocks. No issues other than what others have mentioned on the inner frame rail at full lock. They've been on there for years now.
