What switches for L-Body power windows
In an effort to make my SC a little more livable as a daily driver, I want to install power windows. I am thinking the Autoloc gear/chain belt system to turn crank gear.
Anyway - I need some factory looking power window switches. Anyone have an idea of what would mount cleanly? Something with a bezel would be nice to hide any cut outs that would need to be made. I may get a center console unit (my 87 does not have one) and put the switches in there so I don't mess up the door panels any more than I have to.
Thanks for any experience!

I am not a big fan of power options cause when it breaks or gets cold it does not work. Plus it cost a lot more to fix plain and simple is the best way to go.

True, when it breaks, it does not work. :)
I'll take the chance. Cranking the windows reminds me how cheaply this car was built...

Just this past winter my power windows in the van froze up. I had to open up the sliding door behind me and order my food at the drive thru at mcd's. I miss the old crank windows that don't freeze up. But its what ever you want to do.
