Expectations
- Do not flame someone's posted price. Don't agree, don't buy.
- The part you are selling must be specific to Turbo Mopar forums. This means that parts or cars must be specific to the cars pertaining to this website - whether factory or custom turbocharged Mopar. You must be a supporting member if you want to sell some other brand or model.
- This is not a place for an auction, nor can we be responsible for deals gone bad on E-Bay. Please don't post E-Bay links anywhere but the lounge "E-Bay" Sub-Forum.
- Posts made in these sections must be kept on topic.
- We will not be responsible for bad sales in these sections. If you have a problem with a seller, please use the Feedback section. If there is pretty good evidence that the person is a fake, the account will be banned.

Resolving Bad Deals - Updated!
We are committed to servicing the Turbo Mopar community. A lot of the rules in the past were carried over from a previous board. We have felt the need to upgrade for a long time, and did not because there was never a good way to do it. After some review and discussion, we have come up with a method to track Bad Deals only. These Bad Deals are from the TM medium. They can be from eBay, e-mail, PM's from other Boards, and links from other Boards. This is to give us documenting proof as weight against the person for not holding up the bargain. Consequences are final.
In order to have a person added to this, all proof must be submitted to the moderators or admins listed below in some form of PM or e-mail. The information will then be posted and the action against the person will be taken. The actions taken against a person will be as follows...
- If the bad deal took place before TM was opened in late December 2005, then the person will have his access to 'Parts for Sale', 'Parts Wanted', and 'Unrestricted Swap Meet' removed permanently. He will still be allowed to view the Feedback area to review this thread. In addition, he will have a point against him... see below for implementation on points.
- If the bad deal took place on this forum at anytime, then the person will have his access to all areas removed with the exception of the Feedback area to review this and related threads. In addition, he will have a point against him.
- If the bad deal took place off of this forum while TM was opened, and the person is not a member, still provide information to keep a watch against him. If the person is a member, then his access to all areas will be removed with the exception of the Feedback area to review this and related threads. In addition, he will have a point against him.
- If the person has four or more points against him for more then 4 weeks, then a permanent title will forever be tagged on the person - 'Banned Seller/Buyer'. This is an equivalent to the familiar ban, except that they can still access the Feedback area to review this and related threads.
- If the person has one or more points against him for more then 6 months, then a permanent title forever be tagged on the person - 'Banned Seller/Buyer'. This is an equivalent to the familiar ban, except that they can still access the Feedback area to review this and related threads.
- If the person removes any points in a timely fashion, from when there name is put on the list, by closing the deals and making what was wrong, right, and has not exceeded the last two rules, then he will be restored to the board, but will not be allowed to Buy/Sell items again.
If extraneous circumstances existed and the user has achieved zero points against them, you will be able to contact an administrator or moderator, and the members of the board will be allowed to vote yes or no too allow access to the non swap meet sections.
Those who are already banned due to bad sales, will not have their status changed. In some cases, we may find it necessary to take more extreme measure against someone - true scammers, etc.
