I picked up the van a few years ago for $65.00. It was going to be junked. It had 148,000 but would die driving. I installed a new HEP and drove it for a few years then installed a new engine and trans because the head gasket was going on the old one and I had the engine already built.
2.5 with forged pistons, ported head, ported intake, T3/T4 turbo, TU header, custom cal, custom exhaust, 40+ injectors, intercooler, working A/C, built A413, 255 lph fuel pump, AEM wideband, autometer gauges, etc.
I also upgraded the brakes to grand caravan brakes with the larger bolt pattern.
I will be painting the van Ford dark lapis blue with extra pearl this spring. The engine compartment was sprayed when the engine was pulled 2 years ago. I also picked up a NOS grill, and some extras. |
