TurboZchik's 1986 Daytona Turbo Z C/S!
Yes, It was a tie this month so we are again featuring both of these two beautiful cars, one restified and one survivor! Please check them out!!!!!
It is an 58000 mile original car! She bought it 3 years ago from the 1st owner. It is a black leather t-top power everything auto car. It is very nice car. It even has two of the original Goodyear VR50 Gatorback tires on it! The interior still smells new! It was just a quick wash and clean up and it has been in storage for two years.
Remember that you can nominate your car or anyone else's car by creating a thread here!!

Turbo-Mopar Rocks Gateway!
The one and only Mike Stimac sponsored by Turbo Mopar Forums!
On April 19-20, Mike Stimac took first place at the Redline Time Attack at Gateway Int'l Speedway in his '88 Daytona CS. His best of lap time was 1:13.6 on the 1.66 mile combined oval and infield course. The format for Time Attacks is several practice sessions the first day followed by 2 three lap time trials where the best single lap is used to determine the winner. After 2 races, Mike is tied with a Honda Civic from California in the Unlimited FWD class.
Mike plans to race at Nashville Superspeedway on July 26-27 and at Summit Point on Aug.16-17. If you live in the area, come out and watch on of our 'old school' cars put the hurt on the competition.
Mike has previously placed 3rd at the Redline Time Attack at VIR!

Turbo Mopar's Car of the Month - May 2008
WVRampage's 1984 Dodge Rampage Turbo!
There's nothing like a truck to haul stuff, especially when it's turbocharged and hauls butt too!
Its a 1984 with a 2.5 Turbo in it, Intercooled with a 50-shot of nitrous (see sig for more mods). It has the rear discs from a Daytona and fronts from a Caravan. 17x7 adr wheels that have been powdercoated black with 205/45r17 Maxxis tires. The interior has Summit racing seat with a console that I fabbed up with the switches for the fan, nitrous and the check engine light in it.The sound comes from a Pioneer deh-33 head unit with Pioneer 6.5" 3 ways in the doors, 6x9s in the seat, 2 10 inch punch HEs in the rear with a 300 watt amp. It also has a bed cover on it that was fabbed up by me when I did the body work to have it painted. I have now added a Summit street and strip ignition and a set of MSD wires. The clutch is a RP 4 puck that was installed after the Goblins Ghosts and Gearheads event at PRP last... [Read More]

Turbo Mopar's Car of the Month - April 2008
Dave Tekampe's (Turbodave) 1985 Direct Connection Dodge Omni GLH Turbo!
As stated by the Nominator, "This car is exceptionally well done and there is nothing else out there like it!" I think you'll agree!
Bought the car in 2002 from a friend of a guy my brother worked with. Car was sitting next to their garage for years. I went to go look at it and figured for $300 it would be a good parts car, the DC stuff was all on it and that alone was worth the asking price. The car came home and sat behind the shed for a while until I got a chance to pull it in the garage and look it over. I was expecting the thing to be a total rot-box, the doors were rusty, the fenders were bent up and the rear hatch was rusted through. However underneath was still pretty solid, not perfect, but for an L-body in the midwest it looked pretty good.
That started the change of heart and plans to restore it. I quickly found an 88 Horizon... [Read More]
