I'm going to run a return line but would like to keep the stock fuel rail. do they make something that will work on the extra port on the fuel rail?

thanks

Two large hydraulic shops informed me that 1/4" flare and -4 a/n will both work on the same fittings even though they're not the same angle. So you can use some -4 fittings and line to run from the rail to a universal external regulator. I used an aem model that I got for a good price, but anything will work.

I ended up needing some -6 ORB to -4 adapters to screw into the regulator and I had some lines made (not big on stainless braided) out of cloth braided hydraulic line. My return kit has been on the car for......7mo now and has worked flawlessly.

That sounds like It would work great,But what do you do to put the -4 to the steel line on the frame,do you flair it and put a -4 sleeve and nut on it.

All you need to do is find and 03 fuel rail. For the money it cost it's not realy worth moding the stock 04-05 fuel rail.

1/4" compession to 1/4" flare adapter. I bought all my stuff and had my lines made at a local hydraulic shop.

Maybe I'm reading Rob's post wrong, but the only "extra" port on the fuel rail would be the schrader port on an 03/early 04 rail.

my motor is a 05 and the extra port looks just like a port for a extra injector.

If it is the same size then an adjustable regulator should be able to fit in there.
