Quake server?

would it be possible to setup like a quake 1 server? i doint think the game was really made to be played online but it would be cool if we could setup a sever here

and to anyone looking for a copy of quake 1 to run on XP

im playing quake with 9 bots lol

wake up
jump and fire while strafing in circles
assess the room, who is shoooting at you, nearby bots
run while shooting and picking up random weapons
attempt to kill everything
die in a horrific explosion
rinse and repeat

I have copies of the game, its really just the xweps and bot mods i'm looking for

Last semester we were having LAN parties every week, we actually worked our way up to quake 3 on the last day!

q3 was hard to get used coming from q2, but once i did, it rocked.
i remember days of the ogl and smack talking other clans.

I loved the LithiumII mod for q2, that was the best.

With the new server, I can host most games and even team speak. Are you all interested still in this? Below is a list I can do.

Probably going to need to work out some money questions... it would probably be pretty cheap.

Q3 and Urban Terror, a Q3 mod. Q3 would be awesome and we could play Thunderstruck! :D I'm more into Urban Terror, but I've been known to kill a few at Q3.
