I'll take more pictures of it tommorow, but basically what I did was weld on a piece of 1 inch pipe to a cut off section of the stock panhard bar. Then on the passenger side I added on a 2 inch rod end so I have adjustability. I'm sure you're all wondering why I didn't just make the whole bar 1 inch... well I only had a too short length of pipe in the garage So I made due with what I had. Painting it green made it look all kinds of purdy:thumb:

its cool but not to put you down or anything, but I actually had my stock bar bend then break twice. its just way too flimsy material. I welded together my own bar with 1.25in pipe, and i love it. and could actually FEEL a difference.

I made mine using 2 heim joints and treaded aluminum tubing. total cost $10 and about 1hr labor.

Lynx - There is maybe 4 inches of stock material that isn't welded it should be okay, if it isn't I'll just box it in.

22 - I didn't think aluminium would be a good choice for back there, although I may end up switch to aluminium anyways. I just didn't like the idea of it shearing on me or bending
