I'd prefer a mushroom style, cause it's comparably small....and I need to hide that thing somewhere ;)
already took a look at ebaymotors.com, but nothing there with a 4" inlet diameter! just 3"...too small, thats childs toys LOL :D
where can I get those?
Aaron, I believe you have something like that on your car? Where did you get it?

If I were you I would work at getting a 4" elbow from ATPturbo.com, then route some 4" pipe up front to an intake. My car had major gains from getting the intake out from behind the trans/motor.
I ran a 4" inlet, something like 8" long tapered cone filter. Be sure to get something large enough cfm wise to feed your engine's capabilities. As a warning, our buddies HK$ "mushroom" style filter got sucked into his FP Green turbo... costly stuff right there...

lol with mine there isn't enough foam to be sucked in... Might as well be running open inlet. I just got it too keep the squirrels from being sucked in. My Rtec one was put together way better than my ractive one that I have now

I have 3meters of a good 4" hose, so i can route it just behind the bumper and put a filter on it there!
Or make a custom air box out of carbon fiber, and put a filter inside it...but I have to relocate the battery first!
I think I'll just get one of those K&Ns and put it behind the bumper!
Thanks for the advice guys!
