locked up rear seat belt, shelby Z

the rear pass side seatbelt is locked up and I was wondering what is required to get to it to fix it. the belt is out a foot, and will only go out about halfd in inch before it catches

got it all apart, was pretty easy

it turns out someone stuck a quarter down the slot and it rolled up with the seat blet
