got a problem with koni shock, need answer quick

Hey, i just got back my rear koni shock from warranty. I am going to install it and the problem is that its rebound does not match the other side when set to full soft. Should i just leave it cause its new or should i make them match?

Shouldn't they warranty the other anyways? I mean.. if its not even up to 'soft' specs... techically it's no good right?
