Speedometer/tire size question....

Does anyone have a guess to how off a speedometer will be with switching from 195/60/R15 tires to 185/60/R14 tires. I'm putting studded tires for winter on my fiancee's car and was just wondering. It's a 97 cavalier RS 5 speed if that matters at all. It would have gotten the same size tires, but for the price, (traded some not needed things), I couldn't say no. Thanks for looking.
