well this is my first td to work on... here is my ? can i take out the IAC motor and TPS off the t1 stuff and put it on the t2 throttle body instead of wiring crap up... because it looks as if it would fit.. just don't know if it will work... dosn't say anything in the dodge garage about the subject other than to swap the sensors from the donor vehicle.....

If you have a 88+ TI, the IAC and TPS are the same. If you have a 85-87 TI, no, you can't.

What you're picking up, is it a GLHS? Or a GLH-T? A GLHS would already be T2 spec.

Ah ok, misunderstood you haha.
Check this site out, it outlines the complete T2 conversion in a Shelby Charger: http://fwdmopar.50megs.com/T2conv2.html

You will need to get a throttle cable from either a T2 car or an '88 and newer T1 car. You will also need the throttle cable bracket that bolts to the throttle body that goes with the cable - there are two styles.
