Yeah, the TU/FWD-P unit is nice, but beware of the following:

- You can't use it if you have a hood vent and an unmodified tray. It will hit the tray...at least on my Datona anyway.

- You can't use it if you have an early T1 intake. It will hit the plenum on top of the TB.

- You can't use it if the tops of your strut towers are not perfectly flat. The plates are cast and will break when you torque them down if the towers are domed at all.

Awsome info guys! I think I'll buy a neon bar and drill holes and maybe just use the mounting brackets , I have a peice of octagon shaped aluminum bar I'm gonna use for a panard bar and I think I'll pick up another one for the strut bar and get 2 more hymes joints. Is that how you spell hymes?:p

OOOr like the buget site I can use two octagon bars with adjustable ends and bolt them together with a plate or get fancy with flat alum bars.

Once fitted I can have the plate or bars welded permanent. What do you guys think would be better?

The only problem with budget strut towers like the ones shown is they are a pain to work on the car with then in.

I had a friend custom make me one out of aircraft aluminum. He just took some stock strut tops and welded brackets that sat high enough to clear everything. Only problem was that the hyme joint bolts hit the hood. I'm having him make one for my van. I'll get some pics for you guys.

This is the only okay pic that I have to show you how he welded the brackets to the tops: http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/photopost/data/567/medium/S5001849.JPG
