I looking to see who would be interested in a billet input shaft for a a413 tranny. These will be made out of m300 material and splined for a a904 torque converter or have an a413 converter modified.
This is an update for people that saw this thread, I have decided to start experiment making these in house. I will eventually sell these but after I end with a finale design and race prove them with full power shifts. Testing car is a 2006 PT cruiser 2900lbs with me in it and 900hp to the crank. The converter is a a413 with billet internals at 4200 stall and lockup. The input shaft be made out of billet m300 with lockup and splined for a a413 converter. Will be messing around with hardness ratings from shaft to splines as the shaft likes to twist and the splines like to bend, and so my trial run will be a different hardness from the spines to the shaft.
