Hi,

I picked up a 89 Daytona Shelby with a STG5 Cal from FWD. :thumb:

My question is has anyone used any of the electronic air fuel controllers like split second, Apex SAFCII, turboXS DTEC, greddy eManage etc? I've used these in the past on my turbo Neons with great results.

I'm adding a wideband to see how much fuel is going on in this cal and make adjustments as needed w/o a reflash by intercepting and reducing the map output.

All I need is some pinout or wire colorcodes to get it to work I believe.

Thanks for the replies in advance.

With all of the custom cal advancments that have been brought about, I don't see why you would want to. Check out moparchem.com and start reading.

Not really. Most people stick to modifying the stock computers, especially at this point in the game where you can modify your smec to make it flashable and use chem or d-cal to modify the code instead of fooling the computer.

If you want to use some kind of AFC and don't have a factory wiring manual, drop me a PM and I'll get you the wire colors/locations that you need for the install.
