Well that was a pain in the butt. but I got my new shift knob on LOL had to cut the old one off use a tap and die set to put threads on the shifter so I can put the new knob on had to trim the top of the reverse lockout so everything would work but it's done and looks good and it's the same height as the stockhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180304/bf939a2f876281c372e6fe1812d7e788.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180304/c61e00e9dfe256d3e534bc3d73609dbf.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180304/89c8f5c3062e5cf4c9718f32eb113f68.jpg

Yeah when I saw how it attached in my Patriot I left it stock. I put a short throw in it though.

I meant Neon9.....I was thinking he might have his original knob on the shelf.

I went to the dealership and they said I could only buy it if I bought the entire shifter for something like $350. The CSRT has a 6-speed so it's specific to that car. Funny thing is, the first time I tried to order it, it came in but turned out to be a 5-speed regular Caliber shifter knob. So you can buy that knob but you gotta buy the whole works if you want the CSRT version:(

You have to destroy the knob to get it off I believe. It's molded onto the rod. At least it was like that on my Patriot. It's a 2014 though.
