I'm looking for this boot trim with tabs intact. It measures 5-1/8" x 7-7/8".

(Image peeled from Reaper1's post in 2012, hope you don't mind)

I have that along with the complete center console assembely in grey

I don't want to sepperate any of it though

I had it in my grey 87 shelby z with the needed reinforcement under it

the rectangular trim piece alone cost me 50 or 60 bucks back in the mid 90's at the dealer as that was the only way to get one

I think any 84-86 or 87-89 boot should fit

87-9 has the rounded off corners on the billows sections whereas the 84-6 boots have two square edges on each step of the billows

I believe I also still have all 4 major sections of the upright portion of the console too

console and carpet cost me $150 back then , the center tunnel reinforcement , nos, cost me 4-5 hun + the nos plate and boot sepperately

sadly I had to scrap the reinforcement piece when I moved

I'm a nut for absolutely MINT interior parts so it should still all be in good condition though I haven't looked at it since I moved

if you want to make a reasonable offer for the compleate console ...

I'm in scarborough by the rouge beach

to add I seem to remember the woodgrain trim for the lebarons came in two different shades of colour so you need to check your's isn't darker or lighter in shade to whatever you can get

for anybody reading this and not reconizing the part , this is the shifter trim for the very different console found in the J convertables - 5spd is and always was a bear to find thus the nos one I ended up buying back in 96

if it helps the armrest pad on mine should still be mint

I should add if you have the automatic trim piece you might be able to find a boot from some other make of car

I know the slots in the auto plate are a little long for the traditional mopar fwd boot but something slightly longer would get the install done and could hide the hacking done to the auto trim plate

Thanks for this info, Dr. I really don't need a complete console but I understand you not wanting to piece it out. I have a good boot but my bezel was drilled for a toggle switch and the clips are broken.
