Hello,

I am looking for a console for my Omni. The factory part numbers are 4460902 (bracket console) and 4460798 (bezel).

I do not know how to post a picture of it so here is a link to it.

Thank you!

Ooh, that's a 1990 console. Good luck with your search. Those things are kind of unicorns. Not many made, and even fewer survived...

Trusting what My Good Friend 83Scamp says about the date of your console. I'd give Olsen's Auto Salvage in Rowley, Ia. ah call and ask them if the CAR that the two front seats their advertising F/S STOCK #4557, If the '90 Omni they came out of is still in their yard? 877-499-4174 Worth a shot Man, Jer

You are absolutely correct 83scamp. I believe that I will find a unicorn before these parts, especially one with a manual transmission because it is a different bracket and cover, plus it was only used and made for a 1990 Dodge Omni. The 1990 Omni was a redesign, but than Dodge killed off the Omni in 1990.

I have been calling every junkyard on car-part.com that shows they had a part for one and so far no luck. Does anyone have secret junkyards, a different method to look, or even NOS?

Do people sell parts at SDAC? If so and someone is selling one could you please purchase it. I will PayPal you the money immediately for the purchase and again to ship it to me.

Thank you,
Jeff

Have you cross checked '90 Omni Manual Transmission on car-part.com to see if any of the cars are still in the yard? Close to a dozen of 'um when I ran it 20 minutes ago, Even one in the Badger?

That was exactly what I did, and I called them all. They have the transmission or stated the car was crushed years ago.

I wish I could find a mom and pop salvage yard but those are not listed that I can find so I was hoping that someone on the board knew of one or visits one that could take a quick look for me.
