Oil spray inside head

I was curious if there should be oil coming out anywhere in a srt 4 head besides the tops of the lifters /followers?
I changed my oil in my car and it started making a light rattling noise at cruise, nothing under lower though, so I pulled my valve cover and started the car and had 2 high pressure streams spraying from 2 of my cam caps spraying every which way. Is this normal? Not used to seeing anything like this

I believe so. I had some bad noises coming from my DOHC 2.0 neon when I started the new motor and did the same as you. I was told that was normal.
