Where can I buy hybrid cam gears ? IIRC FWDP used to sell them but I can't find in the site.
Who sell custom mount for a 2.4L engine ?

What are your plans exactly?
If you install a complete 2.4L, you don't need the hybrid cam gears.
If you make a hybrid, you don't need the custom mount.

Yes I know,
Choice will depend if the parts are still available.

This adapter will get you going if you decide to do a full 2.4L: https://www.modernperformance.com/product/mpx-24l-engine-motor-mount-adapter-95-99-neon/95-99-neon-engine-engine-mounts-adapters-and-brackets
I used this for quite a while before making my own. If you're swapping into an L-body, this mount fits perfectly. Any other car will require a 1/2" spacer and a longer through bolt, but it works. It bolts to a 2.4L Stratus bracket.
Unfortunately, I can only offer advice on the full 2.4L swap since that's what I did. Hopefully someone else will chime in with info about the hybrids.

Turbogod also sells 2.4 swap brackets for L-bodies. I used one in my swap.

I was reading through somebody's hybrid conversion and they said they used Geo Prizm cam gears. I don't know how much truth there is to this but they are fairly cheap online.

Isn't the Prizm just a Corolla? I'd be interested to see if that's true, because those should be super easy to find.

I think I remember reading about it from a guy who converted his Sundance to rear wheel drive with a hybrid

Somewhere in this post I read about the prism cam gears.
