I think the rear bumper itself is the same piece as 4 door Lbodies. The caps are unique though. Hope this helps.

Actually that's a common misconception. They look the same, but the trucks are unique. Different part numbers from Ma Mopar..

Truck bumper is 5216001. 4 door is 5216002 for both front & rear. I believe the 4 door has a little more curve to it.
